Mouth-Watering Air Fried Chicken With Lemon Sauce
Chicken tenders, an all-time childhood favorite dish, can now become the favorite of adults as well, with this low-cal air fryer recipe. The lemon sauce that you can prepare separately will give it an extra kick but you can always keep it to a minimum of fats if you check our suggestions!

Preparation
  1. Put the breadcrumbs in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil;
  2. Wash the 2 lemons, use a hand zester to grate one of them and squeeze the juice from both of them;
  3. Set aside the juice from half of lemon for the chicken tenders and the remaining juice for the lemon sauce;
  4. Break the eggs and beat them in a bowl, adding the juice from that half of lemon;
  5. Dilute the tablespoon of corn flour with water and set aside, for the sauce.
Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to reach 330◦F;
  2. Bring the bowl with the seasoned breadcrumbs and the bowl with the beaten eggs;
  3. Mix the eggs with half cup of all-purpose flour, making sure you’re not getting any lumps;
  4. Coat the tenders, first with the eggs and flour batter and then with the crumbs;
  5. Cook in the air fryer, at 330◦F, for 10 minutes, and then, raise the temperature to 390◦F for another 5 minutes;
  6. Cook in the air fryer, at 330◦F, for 10 minutes, and then, raise the temperature to 390◦F for another 5 minutes;
  7. Next, add the diluted corn flour and keep stirring until it thickens;
  8. When the sauce is ready, add the air fried chicken tenders and soak them well in the lemon sauce;
  9. Serve them hot on a bed of rice.
