Preparation
  1. Begin by preparing your main stuffing ingredients, the cheese and the bacon;
  2. Take out the cheddar cheese from the fridge, grab the grater, and, while using its sharpest side, start turning the cheddar block into finely grated, easy to melt cheese shreds;
  3. Next, handle the bacon, by putting it on the cutting board and turning it into small even pieces, ready to melt away their fat and turn crispy and crunchy;
  4. Make sure you leave the chopped bacon outside the fridge for long enough for it to reach the room temperature before you cook it;
  5. Finally, take care of your crescent roll dough, which needs to be spread on the cutting board and handled with a very sharp knife;
  6. Cut pieces of 1 x 1.5 inches out of it, with gentle moves, to make sure you’ll be rolling even, perfect crescent rolls.
Instructions
  1. When the entire above is ready, give your air fryer enough time to reach the right temperature – turn it on and set the preheat function to go up to 330◦ F (or 165◦ C);
  2. Mix up the grated cheese with the chopped bacon;
  3. Take the dough slices one by one and spread some spicy ketchup on it, adding a little bit of the cheese and bacon mixture on top of it – pay attention not to overstuff it, which will be pretty obvious once you start to close up the dough sheets;
  4. Next, transfer the pizza stuffed crescent rolls into the air fryer;
  5. Rise up the temperature to 390◦ F and the rolls should be baked within 6 to 8 minutes or so;
  6. Once the rolls have turned golden brown on the outside, you can take them out and invite all the fingers in the house to run over your hot plate.
