  1. Wash the vegetables.
  2. Put the bell peppers and the onion on the cutting board and finely slice it.
  3. Break the eggs and whisk them in a bowl.

  1. Prepare the air fryer, placing the basket separator inside and having it ready for cooking.
  2. Season the eggs with salt and pepper and pour it in one half of the frying basket.
  3. In the other half, place the sliced bell peppers and the onion.
  4. Let it cook at 330 F for 6-7 minutes.
  5. Check out the eggs and take it out if necessary – the veggies might need a few extra minutes.
  6. Place the eggs on the cutting board and cut it into rough slices.
  7. Split the eggs and the cooked veggies for each of the 7-8 tortillas and wrap it up hot.
