Preparation
  1. Wash the mushrooms and wipe them with a damp cloth, removing any trace of water;
  2. Next, remove their stems and chop them into small, even cubes;
  3. Peel the garlic, wash it and mince it;
  4. Wash the basil leaves and chop them finely;
  5. Grate the Mozzarella Cheese.
Instructions
  1. Heat up the pan with some olive oil;
  2. Add the minced garlic and the chopped basil and continuously stir for a minute, to avoid burning the garlic;
  3. Add the chopped mushroom stems and the shredded Mozzarella Cheese;
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and the chili powder;
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 180 Celsius degrees;
  6. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle some salt on the mushroom caps;
  7. Stuff them with the cheesy filling and air fry them for 8 minutes or so.
