  1. Place the meat on a plate and season it.
  2. Start by rubbing the pieces of meat with oil, on both sides.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each side.

  1. Turn on the air fryer and set it to 180 degrees Celsius for 2-3 minutes.
  2. When the pan got hot, turn it off and place the meat, in one layer, making sure that you are leaving enough space so that the pieces don’t touch each other.
  3. Cook the beef at the same 180 degrees Celsius for 7 minutes.
  4. Turn off the air fryer, use a silicone or wooden spatula to flip the meat, and let it cook for another 6 minutes.
  5. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes when you take it out and serve it with a salad of fresh herbs and lemon on the side.
