Breakfast Feast In A Crunchy Air Fried Pie
Packed with egg and bacon proteins, soothed in creamy melted feta cheese, and with a splash of vitamins from the kale, these pies are something to die for! And we can’t guarantee that it will only “happen” to you in the morning, feel free to take it as a wholesome snack whenever you need a tasty boost!

  1. Prepare the bacon by heating the pan, placing the bacon slices into the hot pan, and only removing it when it’s all crispy.
  2. Give the kale a good wash and let it drain for a few minutes.
  3. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces on the cutting board.
  4. Mince the crispy bacon as well, as soon as it cooled down.
  5. Prepare the kale, dicing it finely.
  6. When all the other ingredients are ready, unroll the dough on the cutting board.
  7. Cut it with the knife, creating 4 equal rectangles – starting from a 13 x 9 inches unrolled dough rectangle, you’ll get 6 ½ x 4 ½ inches rectangles.
  8. Move the dough on a cookie sheet.
  9. Mold each rectangle to get a ½ inch rim by making edges toward the center.
  1. Break one egg in the center of each rectangle of dough.
  2. Top the egg with kale, chopped bacon, and feta cheese.
  3. Place the mini-pies into the Air Fryer.
  4. Let it cook for 15 – 20 minutes at 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Take it out sooner or adjust the timer until the yolks and the egg whites are perfectly cooked and the dough turns golden brown.
