Take out the frozen filo pastry and let it defrost.
Break the egg and separate its yolk.
Wash the scallion and the fennel.
Cut the stalks and the fronds of the fennel and finely slice it.
Cut the scallion as well and finely chop it.
Take the bowl and whisk the egg yolk in it, adding the feta cheese, the scallion, the fennel fronds, and the chili flakes.
Prepare the filo – first, cut each sheet into three equal strips, then scoop a full teaspoon of the egg and cheese mixture, and fold the strip in zigzag until you form a filled triangle out of it.
Bring the air fryer to 390°F (or 198°C).
Use a brush to coat the triangles with a thin layer of oil.
