Instructions
Preparation
  1. Wash the vegetables and the parsley and pat them dry with some paper towels;
  2. Roughly chop the parsley and set aside;
  3. Slice the tomato and the onion and set aside;
  4. Squeeze the lemon juice;
  5. Mix the chopped parsley with salt, pepper, lemon juice and the sliced onion;
  6. Cut in half the 2 buns and set aside.
Instructions
  1. Let the air fryer run for 3 minutes at 392 degrees F (200 degrees Celsius), to preheat the pan;
  2. Then, cook the patties and the bacon in the air fryer, for approximately 7 minutes;
  3. Separately, drizzle the buns on the inner side with olive oil and let them fry for a minute or so, in a heated pan on the stovetop;
  4. Assemble the burgers starting from the fried buns, with the meat patties, the Brie cheese and the crispy bacon;
  5. Set the assembled burgers into the air fryer pan once again, for 3 more minutes at 392 degrees F (200 degrees Celsius);
  6. Add the fresh parsley, the tomato and the red onion slices in your bun right before serving.

Try it with a twist:
You can always enjoy other types of cheeses for burgers and, if you feel like having some dressing, keep it simple with a creamy hummus paste – tasty, rich, and healthy. The air fried French Fries on the side are also welcomed, of course!
