Turkey, Hash Browns & Mixed Greens Air Fried Casserole

Sure thing, with this light and easy breakfast casserole recipe, you get to keep the sausage – turkey sausages – and the flavored Cheddar. For feeling fuller longer (and less guilty), throw in the hash browns and a bunch of mixed greens. All bases are covered first thing in the morning!

  1. Start heating up the skillet on the stovetop;
  2. Use the bowl to whisk the eggs;
  3. Add the spices and the skimmed milk over the whisked eggs;
  4. When all the wet ingredients are prepared, set aside and move on to the actual cooking.

  1. Precook the breakfast turkey sausage over medium-high heat in the skillet;
  2. Set the meat aside as soon as it loses its pink shade;
  3. Toss into the pan the shredded hash browns and the pre-cut veggies;
  4. Keep stirring for about 3 minutes, looking for the hash browns to turn lightly brown and the greens to wilt down a little bit;
  5. Pour the wet mixture over the veggies and hash browns;
  6. Next, combine with the precooked sausage and the shredded Cheddar cheese;
  7. Bring the air fryer to a 350-370 degrees Fahrenheit;
  8. Transfer the mixture into the hot air fryer pan and cook it for approximately 30 minutes;
  9. Serve with a sprinkle of freshly chopped green onions.
